Pure Allergy & Asthma is looking for Full time/Part-time Medical Assistant (MA) to join our Newtown location. Our practice is looking for compassionate, dependable, professional, flexible MAs to assist us in providing the best possible patient care. Competitive Salary, Benefits, and paid Holidays.
The ideal candidate will have experience evaluating patients' symptoms, conducting allergy tests, breathing tests and administering allergy shots. The role will also involve maintaining doctor's office records, making appointments, phone triage and ensuring that the medical office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, organize, and communicate information to all staff.
- Work as part of a team.
- Communicate with doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel.
- Read and interpret medical records.
- Work as part of a team.
- Administer Allergy Injections
- Monitor patients for allergic reactions
- Check-In/Check-Out patients
- Room patients and obtain vitals
- Stocking/Organizing Rooms
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
